I, the undersigned, have read the attached terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. I accept full responsibility for any and all damages which may occur during my rental and for the behavior of any guests involved in my event. I have the right to inspect the rental vehicle prior to my trip and report any noticeable damage. I agree to pay all services and fees rendered at the time of pickup, and any additional hours at the trip's end. I warrant that I am at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this contract. Courtside ATL reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. I hereby irrevocably covenant, promise, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Courtside ATL, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives, heirs, and assigns (“Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, costs, demands, damages, or liability, joint or several, of whatever kind or nature which the Indemnified Parties may sustain or which they may become subject to arising out of or relating in any way to your booking and/or the services provided by but not limited to all our bus owners & their companies, including without limitation in each case attorneys’ fees, and expenses actually incurred in defending against or enforcing any such loss, claims, expenses, suits, costs, demands, damages, or liabilities. I agree that I am fully responsible for any damages to the interior or exterior of the truck caused by myself or my guests. I understand I am also liable for the cost to repair any such damage as well as any cost for loss of the truck service due to such damage. I hereby authorize Courtside ATL to charge me the amount of $250.00 (per incident) towards any damages caused by either myself or my Guests.
